Signer.Digital Webserver Console is Web browser based application where Admin or normal user may login to configure and monitor Signer.Digital Webserver.
Console has below prominent pages:
1. Dashboard
Dashboard provides extensive view for all Auto signing profile at one place.
User can get the details like Server Service Start time, Status of the service, Type of signatures used for profile, Docs signed, Docs in Q and errors if any.
User can also restart all profiles from here in a single click.
2. Signature Settings
A signature setting saves the details of signature source: API/ PFX/ USB Token or HSM.
Sign on First Page, Last Page or custom pages.
Signature position – can give the offset or Select the exact position on PDF document and save the position.
Signature options – Multiple options to select from: Reason, Location, Designation, Contact and all available and provided from the Digital Signature can be selected to be shown with the signature.
Image with Signature can be shown as image or Watermark.
User can save the settings for e-mail after signing the PDF documents if required.
From Mail id can be configured from SMTP or from Outlook also.
Separate e-mail ids can be given for sending the e-mail logs.
E-mail Subject, Body and e-mail master can be configured for each e-mail settings separately.
E-mail master can be imported from a Text file or Can be mapped depending upon the file names criteria as per users requirement.
4. Signing Profiles
In signing profiles, user can save the settings for signing patterns like: Automatic signing/ local signing / remote signing.
Multiple signature settings can be selected in a profile means documents can be signed by multiple signatures in a single click or a single call.
Signed documents can be configured for splitting / merging after singed as per the user requirements.
Multiple options available after auto signing of the documents e.g. auto signing interval, Create different output folder names after signing, number of threads to run etc.
Also select the email settings as per the requirement.
5. HSM Settings
Here user needs to give the PKCS7 Library path.
HSM profile master contains the details of Profile name, description, token label, Serial and Key Label and ID along with the User PIN for the HSM.
6. Local Signing
Local settings are for signing the PDF files from the local machine with local signatures.
After selecting Signature Profile, user can give the input folder from where the PDF files to be signed and out folder path where the signed files needs to be stored after signing.
User can also view the Document signing summary like how many documents has been processed, emailed, singed, mailed etc. and errors if any.
7. Transaction Logs
User can check the Transaction logs for Signing with API, e-mail sent and local signing as well from this tab.
Logs can be generated for a specific date ranges as selected.
8. User Management
User can create ‘N’ Number of user with specific permissions given to them for every single TAB.
Permissions can be given for separate tabs as No Access/ Read Only Or Read Write as per the requirement.
Can assign custom user name and password.
Deletion permission can be set with deletion password for each user.
